2. Why We Process Your Data

Personal data you share with us through the contact form or directly by email is processed to evaluate your request, get in touch with you, carry out proposal and project workflows, improve our service quality, and meet legal obligations — in line with the processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

3. Categories of Personal Data We Process

• Identity data: full name
• Contact data: email address, phone number (if shared)
• Professional/business data: company name (if shared)
• Transaction security data: IP address and form submission timestamp — recorded automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes

4. Sharing Your Data

Data you share through the contact form may be shared, to a limited extent and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with our email delivery provider (Resend) and hosting provider (Vercel), both of which are based outside Turkey, solely to enable email communication. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, sold, or rented.

5. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights
